And Scene was a concept that took a deep dive into the layers of silent grief people living with rare disease experience, and gave an MLR-compliant way to reflect familiar moments back to patients through fictional scenes they could signal were true or not for them. However, in the end, and after considering the market further, I have made the decision not to move forward with And Scene as a company. The experience of building it and the conversations that informed it will stay with me for a long time, and I thank those who collaborated.
